About the Internship Programme
The Human Resource Graduate Internship at PEP is designed to offer a comprehensive workplace learning journey. Over a fixed-term period, interns will rotate across several HR functional areas, giving them a broad and deep understanding of the retail HR landscape.

Minimum Requirements
To qualify for the internship, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Hold a National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management (NQF Level 6 or higher)
- Be unemployed and available for the full duration of the internship
- Have a strong interest in the retail sector and people development
- Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Be a South African citizen, aged 18–35
- Be passionate about organisational growth and community upliftment
