What You’ll Do as a Trainee Manager
Across all locations, duties include:
Inventory & Stock Management
- Process goods in transit and cycle counts
- Ensure accurate stock levels on the sales floor
- Identify and address shrinkage; support ordering
Sales Floor & Promotional Work
- Assist with promotional displays and merchandising
- Ensure price labeling and layout compliance
- Support goods receiving and transaction integrity
Sales & Customer Experience
- Help meet store sales targets; coordinate promotions
- Manage daily cash‑ups, POS transactions, and loyalty programs
HR & Admin Support
- Handle timekeeping (KRONOS), staff scheduling, and leave administration
- Support training sessions and maintain employee records
Formal Training & Learning Portfolio
- Attend workshops and complete learning modules
- Build a Portfolio of Evidence; gain mentorship from area managers
