About the Internship
The HR Internship Programme at the State Diamond Trader is designed to provide real-world human resources experience to unemployed graduates. Over the course of two years, selected interns will gain in-depth knowledge and skills in:

Minimum Requirements
To qualify for this opportunity, applicants must meet the following criteria:
A Human Resource Management qualification (NQF Level 7)
Must have graduated within the last three years from a South African higher education institution
Must be a South African citizen

- Compile and submit STATS SA reports quarterly
- Coordinate employee wellness programmes and initiatives
- Help administer security and facilities matters
- Support reception and front desk duties when required
